  4. DESCRIPTION
  5. This is a shareware version of Minuet Fetch.  Fetch is an easy to use address
  6. information system with complete searching and retrieving capability.  Fetch was
  7. designed to be a simplistic address book with powerful search and relational
  8. capabilities.

  10. Our goals in designing this contact manager were to create a program that:
  11. 1.    Is absolutely effortless to use.
  12. 2.    Tracks client/sales referrals. (an important part of business!)
  13. 3.    Allows the user to quickly find information.
  14. 4.    Prints useful information in concise reports.
  15. 5.    Reads the user's mind and automatically fills in the information.

  17. Well 4 out of 5 aren't bad.

  19. Just to let you know, Fetch won't print squat until a correct registration code
  20. is entered.  If you don't own a printer, don't bother registering, you'll just
  21. be disappointed.

  34. SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS
  35. The system requirements for the 16-bit version of Fetch are IBM PC or compatible
  36. computer running Windows 3.1  or higher, hard disk of more than 3 MB free space,
  37. and a mouse.  To install the program, choose file, run "setup.exe" from Windows
  38. Program Manager.

  40. The system requirements for the 32-bit version of Fetch are IBM PC or compatible
  41. computer running Windows 95 or Windows NT, hard disk of more than 4 MB free
  42. space, and a mouse.  To install the program, run "setup.exe" from the Start Menu
  43. or the Windows NT Program Manager.

  45. For printing, Fetch works with all HP-Laserjet compatible printers and uses the
  46. standard Arial and Courier true-type fonts.  If your laser printer is less than
  47. five years old, it should work fine.  If it's older than five years, it's
  48. probably falling apart and you should put it out of its misery.
